These Terms of Service explain the rules for using herwell.co and buying from Herwell. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Herwell.co is operated by Joseph Gerber. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides our online store platform and checkout.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.
You agree to give true and complete information when you order or create an account.
You may not use our site for anything illegal, to harm others, or to interfere with how the site works.
We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Health information and disclaimer

The information on our website is for general education only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your doctor.

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always read the label and talk to a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

4. Products and prices

We try to show our products, colors and labels as accurately as possible, but packaging may change from time to time.
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice.
If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
We may limit quantities or stop selling any product at any time.

5. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you will get an email confirming we received it. This does not mean the order is accepted yet. We accept your order when it ships. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners; we do not store your full card details.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you agree that we will charge your saved payment method automatically on each billing date until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us at least [3] days before your next billing date. Changes made after that may apply to the following order.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Our content

All text, images, logos and designs on herwell.co belong to Herwell or our partners. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

9. Reviews and comments

If you post a review or comment, you agree it is honest and does not contain anything unlawful, offensive or misleading. You also agree that we may display it on our website and social media. We may remove any content at our discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Herwell is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using our site or products. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of the United States.
